Geokipos
“γεώκηπος” – geokipos. Garden of earth.
It is a word that takes one simultaneously through a journey from past to present. It is the goddess “Gaia” of ancient Greece and Homeric poems, that gave birth to nature and all of it’s fruits, including the most ancient and pure of them all, the fruit of the olive tree. But it is also our own Garden, the luminous Greek landscape where our trees are cultivated with contemporary methods in order to produce the supreme goods of the olive tree.
